terms & conditions

With every order, we ask you to read the terms and conditions below.

By reading this, you agree to all the stated conditions and we assume that you have understood everything.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask us!

 

1. To secure your date, the mandatory deposit (25%) is mandatory. This is non-refundable. 

Cocktail Tables / Live Bartending

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 25% will be required immediately.

This must be paid within 48 hours via the payment request provided.

The remaining amount must be paid no later than two (2) weeks before the appointment date.

Weddings

- Bookings until 3 months prior to wedding date: deposit of €100,- to secure your date is required. 

The remaining of the 25% must be paid no later than 8 weeks (2 months) before.

- Bookings between 3 months and 2 months: immediate 25% downpayment of total invoice

This must be paid within 48 hours via the payment request provided.

The remaining amount must be paid no later than four (4) weeks before the appointment date.

General Information

So you will receive 1 open payment request with 2 deadlines and amounts.

You must pay this yourself on time.
You will always receive a reminder 1 week in advance before the 2nd deadline.

2. Cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the appointment date. Weddings are 14 days before.

3. Cancellations after the week deadline may result in further loss of your payment.

Day 4 - 5 - 6: 50% will be withheld 

Day 3-2-1: 75% will be withheld 

Delivery day: 100% will be withheld

Payments for cancellations will be refunded within 2 weeks.

Weddings

Day 13 - 12 - 11: 50% will be withheld 

Day 10 - 9 - 8: 75% will be withheld 

1 week: 100% will be withheld

Payments for cancellations will be refunded within 2 weeks.

4. Reschedule date? This can be done up to 5 days before the agreed date, if another date is possible.

Otherwise, the above cancellation conditions apply.

5. Deadlines to secure your reservations:

Den Haag/Rotterdam area (max 30 km radius)
Cocktail Tables: 4 weeks

Live Bartending: 4 weeks

Weddings: 8 weeks

 

Amsterdam area (max 30 km radius)
Cocktail Tables: 6 weeks

Live Bartending: 6 weeks

Weddings: 8 weeks

 

Other cities:

Cocktail Tables: 8 weeks

Live Bartending: 8 weeks

Weddings: 8 weeks

6. Cocktailtables: We advise you to give us a time (or half an hour earlier) during your event when you expect the most guests. This way you prevent the drinks from becoming watered down.

7. Cocktailtables: We use a set-up time of 45 minutes - 1.5 hours depending on the size of your reservation. Keep in mind that cocktail tables at Cocktail Chanty should be seen as a welcome drink. This is because it contains fresh ice cubes and it melts.

8. Cocktailtables: We will pick everything up again after 3 hours. We kindly ask you to return the glasses empty and on time in the crate provided. Otherwise we are inclined to deduct costs from your deposit. This amounts to €0.25 per glass.

9. Glass Deposit: Deposit costs for glassware and cocktail equipment starting from €20,- (depending on your package choice). You must pay this amount with your order. Your deposit will then be refunded to your bank account within 72 hours. In the event of loss or damage, this will be calculated pro rata from your deposit.

10. With reservations, you are required to supply us with your full name, address and telephone number.

11. Transport costs: Starting rate €5.00 | Driving costs: €0.40 per km (return 2x)  Driving costs are calculated from Delft from address to address. e.g. Delft - Amsterdam 50km? 50 km x 2 x €0,40 = €40,- + €5,- = €45,-. 

Paid parking on location? This will then be reduced from your deposit afterwards.

11. All prices include 0% VAT.
